Happy Hump Day! Hope everyone had a great Easter Weekend. I’m feeling refreshed after a staycation and plenty of SLEEP. I mean is there a better feeling of NOT setting your alarm for the next day?!
I’ve spoken a lot about sleep on here and quite rightly so too as it is so important! It was Sleep Awareness Week 11 – 17th March and to help support the awareness I was sent a parcel of sleep goodies on behalf of Benenox Overnight Recharge! I don’t sleep terribly, but I do wake up a lot. Getting a Fitbit really opened my eyes to how much a light and restless sleeper I am. I was keen to try Benexox especially since after doing my research into the supplement. I didn’t know which product to try first so I tried them all on the first night. I was desperate for a good nights sleep after feeling so low… being a woman is hard y’know.
I put the lavender candle on as I was preparing to get into bed. I wanted to ensure the essence was spread around my room for when it was finally time to hit the hay.
I’ve read many times that taking a warm bath before bed really helps the body unwind so I always try and take a bath later in the evening, so that’s what I did and then I used the space mask. The space mask was gorgeous on my skin, the lavender was so strong! After my soothing hot bath and mask, I made my self a cup of sleep tea! The tea is a refreshing infusion of chamomile, lavender and other natural herbs enhanced with natural orange flavouring. It tastes amazing!
And then, it was time try the Benenox! You are instructed to take 15ml of Benenox before bedtime, neat or diluted with hot water. I took it straight from the bottle and didn’t mind the taste at all. I lay down and entered my dreams!
I did wake up, as usual, the first night for the toilet but I didn’t expect it to work miraculously after one swig! I did, however, have a good eight hours sleep and according to my Fitbit was less restless. I woke up feeling a lot better!
I’ve been using Benenox for the last three weeks now and have definitely seen a difference in my sleep. The quality of my sleep has massively improved and the length of my sleep has increased. I genuinely really impressed.
