Got to the cinema now and then instead of being content with your Netflix subscription at home. Get out there more often and start moving, even if it’s just to get yourself into the kitchen to make a cup of tea or out into the garden to water your plants–everything starts with a small step.

Keep a notebook or memo with you

Sleep more often and try not to wake up early

Whether it’s a drinking problem that is slowly affecting your health or an overeating issue that is ruining your weight loss plans, it’s vital that you sit down and identify what your bad habits are so that you can plan ahead and deal with them quickly.
