Beanies Flavoured Coffee Review

Oh, look, it’s Coffee O’clock!

I do thoroughly enjoy a good cup of coffee every now and again do you? Usually day-to-day, I’m a green tea kinda’ gal but recently, I’ve been craving coffee. Specifically on an afternoon, when the tiredness starts to kick in, y’know. #AdultLife.

I’m partial to a fancy coffee from Starbucks when I’m passing but most of them are literally full of sugar and contain an insane amount of calories so I just can’t justify messing my diet up for a cup of coffee! A chocolate bar yes, a coffee no.

I’ve recently signed up for a health and fitness programme where I’m following an incredibly amazing meal plan and obviously, fancy coffees aren’t on the list of beverages I can enjoy guilt-free. However, what I can enjoy, guilt-free is a cup of Beanies Flavoured Coffee.

I’ve been familiar with the Beanies brand for a few years now but have recently started seeing the products popping up everywhere, even in my local Aldi! So I thought, what’s so good about their coffee? And then I decided to investigate it.

Beanies are a local business in the North East and have been creating flavour coffee since 2009! They are THE flavour coffee specialists, flavour fanatics and on a mission to revolutionise the average cup of coffee. Beanies are all about innovation and are constantly creating new flavours, I just wonder what the next creative flavour will be!

I was fortunate enough to be sent a Stick Stash! A Stick Stash is a box packed with 100 sticks of Beanies flavour instant coffee, across 10 of their flavours, into a handy dispensing box. The stash is a fantastic way to try all of their wonderful flavours and decided which one you like the best, that’s what I did anyway! Beanies sachets of flavour instant coffee are perfect for when you’re on the go, like me. I always grab a handful when I’m heading to work on a morning and put them in my bag now.

The Stick Stash comes in at £15.00 which I think is incredibly reasonable for the sheer amount you receive within the box! Each flavour is ONLY 2 CALORIES PER CUP, sugar-free and is suitable for vegans. I’m in shock that these cups of joy are only 2 calories and are sugar-free because of the flavour selection, for example, cookie dough, gingerbread, you’d expect them to at least contain sugar but no. A dieters dream! The proof is in the pudding so I tried all 10 flavours and decided to give you all my verdict!

They were all so pleasurable to drink but my top three were the Cookie Dough, Double Chocolate and Coconut Delight! I decided to save my first try of Cookie Dough coffee when my sweet tooth kicked in and boy am I glad I did that. When my sweet tooth kicks in, it can take over my mind, imagining all of my favourite sweet treats and then I end up convincing myself that I need whatever it is, ASAP. When in reality it’s mind over matter. When I have a cup of the Cookie Dough coffee, it hits the spot, it really does taste of cookie dough, Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough ice cream to exact. I no longer crave that sugar I once did after a cup and it’s satisfying. And it’s the same with the Double Chocolate and Coconut Delight, they satisfy that craving I have instantly. These are my favourites because they are SO yummy.

After my taste test, I think I’ll order a few jars of the Cookie Dough flavour! Their jars are so cheap too, just £2.50. Have you tried Beanies before?

I’m still yet to convert my hot drink fave from tea to coffee but my boyfriend would love these! He’s obsessed with novelty coffee flavours and syrups! The cookie dough sounds appealing to me though I’d love to try that xx
